Accounts Receivable Specialist

Ferrellgas is looking for a commercial collector to join the team! Under direct supervision, this position is responsible for customer support, resolving past due accounts, and reconciliation of high balance commercial accounts.

  • Contacts commercial accounts by phone to resolve any AR related issues.
  • Provides commercial account customer support to resolve delinquencies/past due amounts.
  • Coordinates with our internal teams to support the customer AR needs to include missing documentation, cash application, or reconciliation of the account.
  • Reviews and analyzes accounts receivable aging reports.
  • Performs filing and other clerical duties as needed.


  • High school diploma or equivalency. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Three years of credit-related experience, with financial analysis experience preferred.
  • Experience supporting large/National accounts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on developing a positive rapport with company employees at all levels as well as customers.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Access.
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills with the ability to effectively multi-task.
  • Must be detail oriented with the ability to take projects/tasks through to completion.
  • Demonstrates problem-solving skills in a customer-focused environment.

Customer Success Manager

As a Customer Success Manager, you will work daily with our customer accounts, in partnership with the wider Customer Success team:

  • Manage a book of accounts, aiming for a retention rate of 90% or higher, and proactively identify opportunities for revenue expansion. 
  • Consult with customers throughout the customer lifecycle to understand their business and strategic goals, ensuring they find ongoing value in Nerdio’s products and services. 
  • Establish and nurture key relationships with executive sponsors and decision makers within customer organizations. 
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Success leadership to mitigate churn risk and drive ongoing customer success. 
  • Track customer interactions and engagements within the CRM tool. 
  • Evangelize new product features and provide customer feedback to Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Engineering teams.


  • Software background in an XaaS business such as SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS, with a preference for candidates experienced in managing customer relationships across IT Operations, Finance, and Software Engineering. 
  • Proficiency in contract negotiation and conflict resolution. 
  • Demonstrated experience in customer relationship management, including developing and fostering relationships at all levels within customer organizations, ideally within the Enterprise segment. 
  • Ability to recognize and maximize expansion opportunities. 
  • Accurate forecasting skills and a good understanding of the customer base. 
  • Comfort with owning a commercial relationship and proven ability to build strong relationships with customers, especially at the executive level, following a LAER model (land, adopt, expand, retain). 
  • Articulate value proposition with a technical theme. 

Required experience

  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a customer success or account management role, preferably within the technology industry. 
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing, IT services, or related fields. 
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their success and satisfaction. 
  • Experience in managing customer accounts, handling escalations, and resolving issues. 
  • Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools

Legal Assistant – Collections

Clipboard Health seeks a Legal Assistant – Collections to work from home. In this work from home job, you will own the collections function on behalf of the Legal department, working closely with our Accounts Receivable team and our in-house and outside litigation counsel to ensure that overdue accounts are handled systematically and efficiently. You will develop a deep understanding of Clipboard’s business, services, and customers, and feel comfortable advocating for the company’s interests. You will also help develop new processes and refine existing ones to streamline collections workstreams and deliver accurate, real-time visibility to the Legal and Finance departments.

Need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years relevant experience, including at least 1 year of direct experience with litigation and/or arbitration, in-house or in a law firm setting
