Zendesk Administrator – Customer Support Systems

This is a full-time remote job for anyone located in the US except Alaska, California, Denver metro, Connecticut, Chicago metro, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Austin metro, Dallas metro, Houston metro, Washington, Washington DC metro.

The Zendesk Administrator – Customer Support Systems will be responsible for work across teams and organizations to ensure that the architecture and design are of high quality, stable, scalable and reliable. You would drive the technical design and best engineering practices through design reviews, architecture reviews, user validation activities and business customer interactions. You will be responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements in the customer support domain. A strong expertise in Zendesk for service CRM will be key to success in this role.

Minimum requirements for the role:

  • 4+ years of Zendesk experience as an administrator of the system
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical deliverables
  • Strong experience and understanding of Zendesk and out of the box features and capabilities
  • Previous hands-on experience developing mid-tier API systems merging different third-party systems together. Experience with the Zendesk API suite is a huge plus
  • Ability to write technical specifications, define business solutions, convey ideas to business users in a meaningful yet insightful manner is extremely important
  • Self-starter, self-motivated, able to work independently, prioritize effectively, and perform multiple tasks under minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication skills and proven success in a dynamic and collaborative environment
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Experience with Python and/or JavaScript and at least one public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google, Rackspace, or other related cloud platform

The pay for this job is expected to be $95,498—$160,500 USD


EAP Worklife Customer Support Associate (Sun-Thu 1:30pm-10:00pm EST)

This is a Fully remote role. Work anywhere in the U.S. CVS is looking for high-performing individuals to join their team. This team will support members as their front-door to Mental Health Wellbeing. Associate, Finance & Strategy G&A

This is a full-time remote job with Door Dash. This role will be an addition to the team to expand the breadth and depth of our support to the business leaders. In this role, you will wear multiple hats by providing leadership with recommendations on opportunities to scale efficiently, streamlining processes to ensure cross-functional alignment, and managing budgets to meet company goals.

What you will do:

  • Drive decision-making: proactively rationalize G&A spend, evaluate the trade-offs of options, and provide financially sound recommendations to business leaders. 
  • Forecasting: Once decisions are made, provide accurate forecasts to give guidance on dollar impact on P&L, balance sheet and cash flow. 
  • Report & Drive accountability: Define KPIs, build dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights on spends.
  • Own the quarterly / annual budgeting process and perform monthly expense and headcount analysis for all G&A business partners. Partner with the accounting team during financial close to align completeness and accuracy from both reporting and forecasts.
  • Own total company areas such as headcount and/or benefits and provide and provide reporting for senior leadership to enable strategic decisions. 
  • Identify and lead improvement initiatives to ensure cross-functional alignment and increase efficiency.

To Qualify, they would like you to have:

  • 2+ years of financial planning and analysis experience with a proven track record of proactively taking initiatives and driving business results.
  • Strong ability to turn data into actionable insights & influence decision-making by senior leadership around the world.
  • Willingness to continuously improve budget and reporting processes to automate information flow and reduce manual touch-points. 
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues to navigate through changes and support business growth.
  • Expert skills with Excel, Google Suite, & Financial Planning Tools (i.e. IBM, Anaplan & etc.)
  • NetSuite, Tableau, SQL experiences are a big plus.

Pay range: $79,000 – $141,000 per year, depending on where you live.


Accounts Receivable Analyst
