A/R Specialist

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will:

  • Verify payments for different regions and clients by signing into multiple hospital systems. Enters account data using IO-key.
  • Responsible for posting payment transactions obtained from multiple sources.
  • Understanding and applying the rules of Coordination of Benefits.
  • Closes and returns accounts that have been invoiced to the full extent.
  • Keeps track of checked hospitals. Updates connection passwords and other information as needed.
  • Assists fellow employees by training on specific systems such as payment poster as needed.
  • Resolves issues with troubled accounts.
  • Performs special projects as assigned.

You will be successful if you have:

  • The ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
  • Working knowledge of computer functions including the internet, 10-key, and computer software such as Microsoft Office suite and Word Perfect. Knowledge of or the ability to learn AcciClaim.
  • Proven ability to produce accurate work.
  • Must be able to prioritize responsibilities and adapt according to situational demands.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and effectively solve problems.

Education Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent 

Case Management Coordinator

CVS Health has a full-time telework position available for anyone in the USA. The hours for this role are Monday-Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm in time zone of residence.

The Case Management Coordinator utilizes critical thinking and judgment to collaborate and inform the case management process, The Case Management Coordinator facilitates appropriate healthcare outcomes for members by providing assistance with appointment scheduling, identifying and assisting with accessing benefits and education for members through the use of care management tools and resources.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in behavioral health, social services or appropriate related field equivalent to program focus
  • 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Case management and discharge planning experience preferred
  • Managed Care experience preferred 
  • 2+ years of Quickbase experience

Education and Certification Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree or non-licensed master level clinician with either degree being in behavioral health or human services preferred (psychology, social work, marriage and family therapy, counseling) or equivalent experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$19.52 – $40.90


Leave Coordinator

This is a full-time remote position with Sparrow. As a Leave Coordinator on Sparrow’s Customer Experience team, you will take charge of the behind-the-scenes paperwork and correspondence essential in managing employee benefit’s claims. Working collaboratively with our customer-facing team, your role will ensure the accurate completion and timely submission of all benefits claims. Your active involvement in team meetings will drive process improvements and issue resolutions.

This kind of job typically pays $60,000 – $70,000 per year. This is an estimate based on my experience. You will have to negotiate your salary with Sparrow.


Executive Assistant

This is a full-time remote job in the USA. As Executive Assistant, you will act as a partner to the CEO and Chief of Staff. You will ensure seamless operation of the CEO’s daily activities, act as a point-person for Executive Team operations and logistics, and promote effective communication between the CEO and the rest of the organization.
