Internal Audit Associate

This is a full-time, remote position for anyone located in Philippines: Atlassian has an opportunity for an Internal Audit Associate to join the Internal Audit team. This role will be reporting to the Internal Audit Manager. You will be responsible for coordinating and executing audit activities across our global presence and helping us continually improve our technology processes and controls.

What You’ll Do:

Performs and documents SOX walkthroughs to confirm results of preliminary understanding of the process

·       Facilitate process documentation creation and changes

·       Design and perform test of controls to ascertain compliance to existing processes 

·       Advise process owners regarding potential control or process enhancements

·       Provide regular updates to Internal Audit Managers

Qualifications:

·       1-3 years of experience working for a public multinational company or accounting firm with multinational clients

·       Experience assessing internal controls frameworks, including testing of design and operational effectiveness.

·       Experience navigating and extracting information from NetSuite or another equivalent ERP system, and experience with other SaaS financial systems

·       Certification/s either as a CPA or CIA is desired

·       Confident in your ability to communicate in English, both orally and written

·       Highly proactive, organized and have a very strong work ethic

·       Actively contribute to a team environment


Customer Retention Specialist (AMER)

This is a remote/work from home job for anyone in Philippines:

What You Will Do:

  • Engage with SMB Enterprise customers to increase customer awareness of Atlassian’s Cloud offering and find opportunities for platform migrations or up-sell during the renewals cycle.
  • Prospect customers through Gainsight and Customer 360 tools. Proactively outreach by email and engage in discovery calls to create growth opportunities.
  • Lead renewal conversations, uncover and address blockers by applying on Churn Monster Playbook to guide customer renewal action.
  • Help to achieve success by overseeing progress and serving as a liaison to support our teams and the customer during their renewal process or cloud migration journey.
  • Manage opportunity records in SFDC and provide accurate opportunity updates and forecast weekly.

Qualifications:

  • An experience with SaaS/Tech inside sales engagement, customer retention, customer account management or other similar business operations and related industries.
  • The desire to build customer relationships and sales techniques for success
  • A demonstrated empathy for the customer experience across different countries and cultures
  • An experience driving value for customers across multiple product offerings
  • The ability to be collaborative and prioritize among competing opportunities

It’s also great if you:

  • Have a high-level familiarity with functional operations of Cloud, Data Center and Server
  • Have the experience planning and executing discovery conversations, sales and objection handling
  • Are experienced in handling sales/renewals pipeline with orientation to details/data and capability to prioritize high impact work independently
