Data Validation Specialist (Print/Mail/Scan Production Associate II)

This is a full-time ENTRY-LEVEL remote job for anyone located in India: Xerox has an opening for a Data Validation Specialist, you will play an integral role in the entire Scan & Capture cycle as the invoices to be delivered to the customer are thoroughly validated by them. You will ensure that the information is accurately captured in the system-generated forms from customer provided documents like Invoices, Claims, Utility documents etc. Demonstrate & deliver high standard of Service & Data Accuracy to our Scan & Capture Customers. The role has significant Data Accuracy responsibilities & a pivotal role to ensure continuous improvement in the Scan & Capture process.

Job Requirement:

  • Graduation or 3 Year Diploma post 10+2 in Any Discipline is Must
  • Minimum 2 Years’ experience in Back-end non-voice process (non-technical) with client facing role as an added advantage.
  • Candidate should be able to work within tight timelines & maintain quality standards.
  • Should be comfortable in handling large volumes of data and manage productivity numbers. 
  • Basic Knowledge on Excel & Power point
  • Must have good Communication skills, a Logical thinker & a Team player. Should be able to converse in English fluently.
  • Should be available for 24*5 working & on Weekends /Public holidays too as per business requirement.
  • Flexible to work in shifts rotation as per business requirement.
  • Open to Work from Office in compliance to all health & safety guidelines
  • Preference would be given to candidate having exposure working on European Languages

Risk Analytics Analyst

This is a full-time remote job for anyone located in India: Xerox is hiring a Risk Analytics Analyst.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Extract and process large datasets from central databases / repositories to support Risk analytics work & reporting using SAS, Python and the Microsoft Office suite. 
  • Coordinate and partner with other team members to deliver high value analytics based on business requirements. 
  • Develop, monitor and optimize auto-decisioning systems (including credit scoring models). 
  • Provide Analytic support on key company initiatives including partnership with PEAC. 
  • Identify trends in the market and business environment to support forecasting and planning and overall portfolio performance. 
  • Provide recommendations for systems and performance improvements as appropriate. 

Required Qualifications:

  • Passionate about data science. 
  • Bachelor/MBA/MA/MS Degree in Data Science/Economics/Statistics. 
  • 2 to 5 years of professional experience. 
  • Advanced user in SAS BASE / STAT, Python and SQL. 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Access and PowerPoint. 
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and the ability to work with limited and/or complex data sets. 
  • Ability to interpret data and translate into meaningful business insights. 
  • Professional experience of credit scoring and ML models development and implementation is a plus. 
  • Strong rigor and project management skills. 
  • Analytical and collaborative mindset. 
  • Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced international environment. 
  • Self-starter, self-motivated with good communication skills. 
  • Knowledge of credit vendor data (D&B, Graydon, etc.) & platforms a plus. 
  • Fluent in English. 

Technical Support Engineer 1

This is a full-time position at Dell. Based on Dell’s career page within their website, this is a remote position based in India: As a Technical Support Engineer 1, you will work with highly skilled technical advisors to develop and deliver solutions that enable customers to maximize returns on IT investments, drive efficiencies and reduce costs.

You will:

  • Responds to customer technical problems/issues related to hardware and networking via e-mail/chat, online, social media and phone.
  • Utilizes and is compliant with Dell mandatory diagnostic and case management tools
  • Assists customers by diagnosing problems and providing resolutions for technical service.
  • Utilizes machine translation input & output to assist customers across several languages.
  • Knowledge of customer expectations & social norms for several customer countries & regions (APJC, EMEA,Latin America); comfortable, willing to learn & respectful of different customer cultures

Essential Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of related experience
  • Knowledge in how to interact with a Microsoft Windows Operative Systems and Basic Internet Tools.
  • Focuses on delivering a positive customer experience according to Dell standards.
  • May be involved in revenue generation activities with current Dell customers.
  • Documents problems in the support solution database for diagnostics and solution implementation.
