Sr. Accountant

Resident has a full-time, remote job opening for a Sr. Accountant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account for transactions under US GAAP and in accordance with company accounting policies
  • Prepare monthly journal entries
  • Perform monthly balance sheet account reconciliations
  • Perform flux analysis on respective balance sheet and P&L accounts
  • Achieve completion of all month/quarter/annual close processes timely and in adherence to close calendar
  • Collaborate with Technical Accounting on appropriate accounting for non-standard accounting transactions
  • Partner with FP&A on budget/forecast and close results
  • Design, document, implement, and execute internal controls to ensure transactions and balances are accurately reported
  • Perform analysis and provide insight into account balance details and drivers of change
  • Support external audit by providing timely and accurate support schedules as requested
  • Continuous evaluation and identification of process improvements
  • Cultivate strong partnerships with Accounting, Finance, Technology, and other functions
  • Mentor and develop junior staff members

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting from an accredited university
  • Experience working within retail or ecommerce sector, preferred
  • CPA (or path to it), preferred
  • 5+ years of work experience in an Accounting role
  • Big 4 and or public company experience preferred
  • Knowledge of US GAAP and internal controls
  • Experience using NetSuite and Tipalti, a plus

The salary for this position is $92,500 – $109,250.


Logistics Manager

This is a full time remote position anywhere in the USA with Resident. We are currently seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to join our team as a Logistics Manager. This role plays a crucial part in overseeing the flow of products and orders both into our 3PLs (Third Party Logistics providers) and to our end customers, with a primary focus on minimizing delays. Additionally, the role involves maintaining optimal in-stock levels, enhancing inventory turnover, and balancing inventory loads to enhance delivery speed. The ideal candidate possesses a strong analytical mindset, capable of processing data from various sources to identify both tactical issues and opportunities for systemic process improvements. Moreover, they should feel comfortable holding partner organizations accountable for executing plans effectively. With a diverse skill set, you will lead a cross-section of initiatives within operations. This is a remote position that will require travel to partner locations. Holidays are peak times for our business and work may be required.

Main Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • 2+ years working in analytical roles with advanced spreadsheet skills and SQL experience

Denials & AR Analyst

This is a full time remote job anywhere in the USA. R1 RCM seeks a Denials and AR Analyst I to help R1 clients by analyzing claims information so that they can resolve complex accounts. Every day you will perform denials analysis to draft appeal letters to resolve any insurance company medical denial. To thrive in this role, you must excel in a production metrics driven environment and have strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

Prior Denials or AR experience in Hospital or Physician claims and experience working in a production-based environment is required.  We will teach you our industry leading technology and a variety of skillsets to help you excel in your new position. You will also need experience in writing appeal letters to insurance companies.

Customer Service Associate

Truepill has a remote role for a Customer Service Associate. 2 important things worth noting:

  • This is a full time position with a weekly schedule of Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday. Weekday shift hours are between 11:30a-8p PT, and weekend shift hours are between 6a-2:30p PT.

Truepill is looking for an experienced Customer Service Associate to support our Operations Management department. You’ll work alongside collaborative partners and dedicated achievers in the field. You’ll utilize your customer service, phone and messaging etiquette skills to provide solutions to all patient and customer inquiries.   

 What You’ll Do:

  • You will conduct outbound calls to outreach patients recently discharged from the emergency room.
  • You will support inbound calls from patients interested in our program.
  • You will assist with scheduling appointments, handling patient questions, and transfer to appropriate departments when applicable
  • You will assist with administrative tasks to support patient care coordination.
  • You will work collaboratively with team members and our provider network to maintain an excellent model focused on patient care and high quality service.

Inbound/Outbound Queue Associate

This is a full-time work from home job with CVS Health, hiring anywhere within the CST & EST time zones.

Training and Shift:

  • Training: 6 weeks, M-F btw 8am-5pmEST – no PTO allowed during that time
  • During training you will be on camera and in business attire
  • Shift: Shift can be anywhere btw 8am-8:30pm EST M-F

  • Supports comprehensive coordination of medical services including intake, screening to Aetna Medical Services Programs.
