Virtual Part-Time Assistant

This is a part time role for anyone located in Philippines. Winona is looking for a dynamic and organized part-time Virtual Assistant, HR/Ops to help us grow our Human Resource department. As a Virtual Assistant, you will mainly be responsible for providing administrative support to the team with a focus on recruitment.


  • Post new jobs in our recruitment platform (Ashby)
  • Help with resume screening and initial virtual screens
  • Schedule interviews
  • Assist with email communication with candidates
  • Assist with new hire on-boarding/off-boarding
  • General administrative tasks as assigned by the department


  • 1+ years supporting Human Resources.
  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably in HR.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Solid organizational skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Ability to work EST.
