Payroll Operations Specialist (ACH)

Restaurant 365 seeks a Payroll Operations Specialist to be responsible for helping R365 customers with Payroll ACH functions. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and third-party partners to ensure all clients receive a delightful experience with R365 Payroll. A successful applicant will have a proven record of great attention to detail and the ability to work simultaneously on multiple tasks and projects. The combination of interpersonal communication, a strong sense of initiative and a drive to get the job done well will be critical to success.

They would like you to have 3-5+ years of banking, payroll, finance, accounting, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

This position has a salary range of $30-$35 per hour.

Benefits Specialist

Mercer Advisors is looking for a Benefits Specialist to work from home. In this role, you will be responsible for benefits operational tasks and management related to all mergers and acquisitions. This role will support the pre-close through integration on all benefit education on plan offerings, enrollment, and handling individual questions from mergers and acquisitions (M&A) employees. This role will provide the day-to-day administration of employee benefits and benefits administrative initiatives, which includes monitoring employee inquiries, data reconciliation, compliance, and wellness, for employees that join the organization through M&A.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 3 years of benefits experience preferred, general HR experience acceptable.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills, particularly in Excel with a high level of comfort and familiarity.
