Bilingual Client Retention Specialist

Remote job at Beyond Finance: As a Retention Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to educate and assist clients who are facing financial hardship and exploring options to become debt-free. You will play a crucial role in retaining clients within our financial hardship debt program. In this position, you will interact with clients primarily through inbound phone calls and be responsible for deescalating upset clients, empathizing with their financial difficulties, and helping them navigate the program. Their primary focus is on our at-risk customers who are struggling with the use and/or value of their enrolled program, requiring creative problem solving to help them better realize and understand the value of their decision.

Remote Sabre Corporate Travel Agent (After Hours Shift)

Work from home job at AAA: This job offers a flexible schedule but you must be able to work at least 1 weekend day or evening shift. Your hours will be 4:00PM-11:00PM or 5:00PM-12:00PM EST.

In this role, you will book domestic reservations for air travel, hotel and car rentals, following up when necessary to complete the reservation.  May handle group reservations. You may respond to requests for domestic and international price quotations utilizing automated system(s) for international itineraries; queues to rate desk when appropriate. You will also promote the acceptance of fares, rates, and suppliers that match the client’s travel program policies and negotiated contracts, apply discount programs and move market share for AAA preferred suppliers/vendors as applicable.

The minimum qualifications are:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 4+ year’s active Travel Consultant experience in the past 6 years.
  • 1+ year’s international experience preferred.
  • Must have Corporate Travel experience and current experience with Sabre GDS.

Customer Experience Supervisor
