This course is not too long, not too short…just right for learning a whole lot about using Canva for social media. I really like how there are downloadable templates, additional business material for manipulating images, and certificate of completion.

What I Don’t Like:

Audio is a little soft/quiet and does not go into a lot of the basics of Canva so some upfront knowledge is helpful. BUT…this course is for using Canva for social media, not a ‘beginner to Canva’ course.

The lessons in this course work best with the paid version of Canva (which you can get here). You can use the free version and you’ll learn some hacks to utilize some of the premium functions.

What I Like:

This is probably one of the most thorough courses that dives into graphic design theory without costing a small fortune. I was pleasantly surprised to find all this stuff in one place. Well presented and comprehensive.

What I Don’t Like:

I was pretty hard-pressed to find something I didn’t like about this course but I did come up with this: some of the instructions didn’t match perfectly with the newest version of Canva but that may be because Canva just updated. For example, I had to hunt around a bit to find the positioning option. Turns out, it was ‘hidden’ within my Canva dashboard.

Review:

What I Don’t Like:

As a blogger, it would be nice to have a lesson about creating blog post images.
