Payroll Onboarding Specialist

This is a remote job available to those of you located in Philippines. Housecall Pro has an opening for a Payroll Onboarding Specialist to perform the following responsibilities:

  • Own relationship during initial onboarding phase for our Payroll solution, this includes but is not limited to: account activation and data migration, adoption and product utilization, relationship building, delivery of product value and processing first payroll 
  • Coach Pros on best practices with our payroll solution via Zoom meetings
  • Handle escalated payroll support requests for training and coaching for Payroll subscribers
  • Effectively communicate client information, trends, and feedback across teams (sales, marketing, engineering, and tech support)
  • Develop, prepare, and nurture our Pros for advocacy
  • Identify opportunities for expansion, recommend areas for improvement, and proactively look for ways to better our Pros experience
  • Manage details, timelines, and action to drive efficiency
  • Improve our Pros opportunities by leveraging qualitative and quantitative analysis
  • Develop processes that distinguish our brand by exceeding customer expectations in support delivery
  • Eloquently troubleshoot technical issues, have deep product knowledge, and like to think think outside the box for solutions

They would like you to have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred, not required); 2-4 years of full-time customer success, implementation, account management or sales experience;  you are fluent in English (written and verbal)  and you’re able to work standard hours for a US time zone: 8 hr shift scheduled between 5am-5pm Pacific Daylight/Standard Time


Website Marketing Specialist

Housecall Pro seeks a Website Marketing Specialist to fill this remote job, hiring in Philippines.

What you do each day:

  • Create templated customer websites with pictures and text by using set templates and design guidelines to deliver web pages that fit their brand
  • Troubleshoot issues that come up during the website build process; sizing, padding, widgets
  • Communicate updates to customers via email and other tools
  • Maintain website build performance goals in current role

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year experience in administrative work or data input
  • 1+ year experience in creating websites using web design software such as Duda, WordPress, GoDaddy, Squarespace, Canva
  • This position requires contractors to use their own personal devices, applicants must have a stable internet connection in a distraction- free environment.
  • This role is a full-time US business hours position. You’ll be expected to work a full shift in anything from PST – EST timezones.

Bookkeeping Specialist

A Bookkeeping Specialist is needed at Housecall pro. This is a full-time work from home job for anyone in Philippines. As a Bookkeeping Specialist, you will meet month-end service delivery deadlines for all dedicated accounts, including all actions necessary to deliver completed and reconciled books;  guide customers through a white-glove onboarding journey; answer client questions, including financial statement errors, chart of accounts cleanup, sales tax matters, unresolved A/P and/or A/R issues, merchant services, and questions regarding third-party interactions; and perform exceptional customer service.

Qualifications: 

  • 1-3+ years of U.S. bookkeeping/accounting experience with in-depth understanding of SMB accounting methods and processes, including:
    • Consolidation and preparation of financial statements
    • Month-end book close and consolidation process, including journal entries, account reconciliations and flux analysis, A/P and A/R
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, a similar certification or level of experience (such as QBO Proadvisor)
