Business Analyst, II

Housecall Pro has an opening for a Business Analyst, II to work remotely within the USA. In this job, you will become an expert in the products and services, and gain a deep understanding of the Housecall Pros and how our products and services enable their businesses. You will also drive results by supporting business and marketing stakeholders in identifying and answering key questions, interpret data and findings, and communicate these findings back to business stakeholders in written and visual format.

Main Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s or Master degree, preferably in a quantitative discipline; or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years experience with a BI tool (i.e. Tableau, Power BI or Looker (Tableau preferred))
  • Demonstrated experience sourcing business questions from key internal stakeholders, refining, and answering comprehensively with data and analytics
  • Proficiency in SQL and transforming raw data into usable datasets for analytical purposes.

The expected annual salary is $70,000 – $80,000 + equity.


Billing Specialist Tier I

Pie Insurance has a work from home opening for a Billing Specialist Tier I. This is an entry-level billing role, responsible for working with small business customers, agency partners, and internal business partners to complete billing inquiries and requests.

On a daily basis, you will:

  • Handle tier 1 phone, email, and platform-based communications with customers and cross-functional partners to provide excellent customer service.
  • Complete tier 1 billing activities including: notices of and final cancellations, reinstatements, and rescissions.
  • Monitors and maintains service level agreements, while remaining compliant with federal and state regulations.
  • Consistently meet production goals related to Billing Tier 1 work

They would like you to have a High School Diploma or GED and a Bachelor’s Degree or college coursework is preferred (not required). You also need 1+ years of customer service experience analyzing and solving customer problems; Financial Services, Collections, or Banking experience preferred. 

The pay for this job is $20.75—$26.50 per hour.
