The Customer Satisfaction Specialist at Birch Gold Group is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by conducting post-purchase customer experience surveys, sending out review survey links, and monitoring various review sites for new posts. This role will also be responsible for shipping thank you coins, tracking and confirming delivery, and following up with appropriate personnel to ensure customer needs were addressed. The Customer Satisfaction Specialist will work closely with the Sales Support team to assist with various tasks and responsibilities.

Acting as the customer’s primary point of contact, you will:

  • Receive in-bound calls from customers about enrollments

  • Make a connection, engage and build rapport with each caller

You will be working Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM EST (you don’t have to live in the Eastern time zone; just translate your local hours to EST hours) and you may have to work an occasional weekend day.

#3 Wellth

As a Member Enrollment Specialist, you will be the first point of contact to our prospective members, with the task of contacting them via phone to introduce and explain the Wellth program and assist them with enrollment by showing them how to download and use the company’s app. You will also work with the rest of the Member Operations team to conduct feedback outreaches to better help members’ voices be heard.

  • Full-time: 40 hours weekly
  • Scheduling ranges from Monday – Saturday, between the hours of 6 AM – 8 PM PST 
  • Initial base pay: up to $18/hr, plus monthly bonus
